Survey responses pick up

After a little cajoling the response to the questionnaire has been excellent with a broad scope of views offered by all respondees. There have now been 36 responses so we can now start collating the results.

Staff Survey regarding Self Service

A survey of Staff has been sent out on the 10th July to provide some feedback as to the current perceptions of Self Service units in libraries. You can view the survey at Self Service - Staff Survey. Response has been slow with only 8 staff members completing the survey and those staff were from 2 sites only, Ormskirk and Haslingden. I will have to chase up the site representatives to becoming more actively involved!
